Planet Marsy: Happy Balentayms Day!

I am Rapunzel today. My waist-long hair feels extra suuuuuper long that I could barely move when a surprise came this morning!

My Valentine’s bouquet came too early!! When I was told about it by our receptionist, I immediately checked my calendar to verify the date today, February 13. One more sleep to go before V-Day, the day that gives so much pressure to most men :)

I am not really a fan of flowers. Just like last year, I still feel that cash is better :) If you are a Momme like me, who handles the budget of the house, plans to send her toddler to school this June and is praying for baby #2 – you will understand what I mean.

But then I realize today, that it’s still nice to receive a bouquet from your husband once in a while. I posted a photo of myself with the flower (see below) on FB this morning and I was warmed by the number of likes it reached. The more my friends appreciate it, all the more I realized how blessed I am to love and be loved (oha?!). I mean, we aren't perfect, and no one is, but this kind of gesture helps improve the relationship and wipes away the imperfection. It makes you feel so special, so loved and so beautiful! Bongga!

Well, I still have a tinge of shyness I had in the past years when I had to bring the flowers from the reception area, all the way to my seat this morning. Feeling ko kasi, nakatingin lahat sakin. But I realized, they are looking at the flowers, they are admiring the flowers (not me!) and they are just happy for me :)

But wait, there’s more! Hubby is extra sweeter this year! Along with the flowers came – J.CO Donuts!! Improving!
