On Eating and Babysitting (A Weekend Story)

Happy midweek! Time flies so fast when you are having fun, two more days and we're saying Hello to another weekend again. Weekends are now my cheat days! After gaining so much weight from our recent trip, I've been forcing myself to eat healthy and save cakes and ice creams on weekends only. Last time I checked, I've lost 3.20 lbs. already :) And that's a reason to celebrate!

So last weekend was fun-fun-fun! We've had a pretty busy Saturday so no home-cooking on that day. We went to my daughter's doctor and spent the rest of the day outside.

Lunch at Baliwag Restaurant in Pasig

We also went furniture (window) shopping. Yuhoo, that mirror with paneled frame is Love!!

Dinner was in a Japanese restaurant at Gateway Mall and then we went on to watch a concert at  Araneta Center later that night.

It was my girl's first concert. I really wanted to be able to capture in photos every milestone and every firsts that she'll have but unfortunately that night, Bibiyow was not in the mood for photo op. Sad Mommy :(

She loved the upbeat songs, she danced and clapped her hands but slept on love songs. Hihi.

Btw, that night was special coz we were wearing our matching sandals. I got her's on sale in Japan, and mine was bought in Powerplant Mall :)

Sunday was free day, like before. I finally had my hair treated and colored again for the regrowth while hubs looked after our little girl. Earlier that day, I prepared mac and cheese for Biboyow's brekky. I love that she's really using her words already :)

Mommy: Do you want us to call Mama? Come let's talk to Mama using my phone.

Bibiyow: No. Eating Liapopot.

Oha! :)

She babysitted her baby the whole day. Is this a sign that she's ready for a sibbling?

Mukhang hindi naman. Heheh :)
