Happy Easter (A Late Post)

Finally, a time to blog! The past weeks have been a roller-coaster ride for me that I had to isolate myself a bit from the social media to focus on my biggest project on Q1 this year. And so far, it seems like the odds have been in my favor -- I made it to the list of the 2013 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam passers. OMG! That is what I call m.i.r.a.c.l.e!!

Anyhow, talking about God's grace and power, let me greet you a super late Happy Easter! Easter celebration this year was extra special to the whole family as we got to enjoy the fun of Easter egg hunting. We spent most of the holidays at our house in the outskirt of the city but made sure we are back in town on Sunday for our Fun in the Sun Easter Party at the Shangri La Mall :)

The registration started at 1:30PM and it was perfect because we had enough time in the morning to hear the Mass and grab some lunch with the grannies. Registration was divided into four teams and we were with the pink team. Each team has its own Easter egg trail and ours was this:

Fifty percent of the participating shops are located in the Main Wing while the other half are in the newly opened and beautiful East Wing.

We left the grannies sitting at the Main Wing activity area while me, hubby, the little girl, Momma and our new helper (God bless this person!) went on the hunt for the eggs.. errr... chips, pink stickers, candies and other snacks for adults! :)

 My proud honey-bunny

The hunt lasted for almost an hour and a half with me and our new helper taking turns in getting our stickers and eggs (errr.. snacks) from the stores. Our team mates gave up and the bunny daddy ended sitting on the floor, looking after the tired proud-honey-bunny-in yellow, while eating the complimentary Arce Dairy Ice Cream (which is amazingly so delish pala! No wonder why it's so expensive).

A program was also held at the Main Wing activity center where we got drowned in breath-stopping acrobats! Pang-bagets na pang-bangets so the "Kids don't try this at home" was a mainstay throughout the show :)

And the price for completing all the stickers from the stores?? This Easter loot!!

And my favorite among the goodies is:

Star Margarine Chocolate!! Like, seriously!!

Indeed, a Sunday fun day. By the way, before and after the show, my little miss was the guest performer on stage. Feeling party nya. Haha. Wala pa talagang malay ang anak ko, di pa marunong mahiya. Tsk tsk.

Happy midweek :)
