New 'Do

My daughter finally had her first hair cut almost two weeks ago. Well, literally it was her second because Mama already trimmed some strands on her first birthday. We’ve been postponing our trip to the kiddie salon for a long time as troubled hair will be a perfect fit for her Halloween costume. And now that all the parties are over, we’ve decided that it’s about time for her to have a new look!

We went to Cuts for Tots at SM Megamall, there was no queue so we immediately got accommodated. I availed the package that comes with a certificate of my daughter's first haircut with a Before and After photo and some strands of her locks. So the first step was for her to have a ride then get her ready for the BEFORE look.

Contrary to what I was expecting, she behaved well throughout the cutting. Special mention goes to Kuya Cutter who was fast enough to hide the scissors every time she checks on what’s happening at her back.

After a few minutes, my baby was gone. And she seemed to be satisfied at her new ‘do.

Aww! Cliché as it is but babies really grow sooooooooo fast!

  1. this is nice... 3 yo na si Sophie but no experience yet in having her hair cut by a pro or in a salon... trim trim lang lagi by my husband or my sister... sobrang nipis kc nung hair nya (almost no hair for her 1st to 2nd yr) so my mother told me to always trim it lil by lil or just let it be...

  4. Aww! I love you sissy! But actually, the skin is from the Daddy. Ako na ang "unfairest" of them all (if there is such a word. Hehe)
