Halloween Party #4: Village People

This is the last, promise!! :)

We weren’t supposed to attend the Halloween Party in our village anymore because we already got tired of all the parties that we’ve been to in a span of seven days, not to mentioned the instant workout we had the day before (read about that here). But due to some duties that hubby had to perform in our village, plus the fact that it was where Lia - or actually WE - experienced our first trick or treating (story here), we decided to go at the last minute.

And in fairness, for someone who doesn’t want to go anymore, we were the first ones to arrive!!

There were few kids already at the Club House, I failed to take photos of the other kids but luckily able to shoot this one that captured Lia’s innocent look – literally. Heheh :) Here she is with the cutie patootie son of hubby’s office mate.

Anak, totoo yan :)
We waited for a while before most of the attendees came but it was good because our little star had enough time to recharge for the race.

Then the actual race began. Trick or Treat!!!

Good thing, our Ate Weng is “healthy”, keber the heat and the terrain! Gora lang for the candies! Nangunguna pa!

Mas pagoda pa si Bibiyow! She didn’t wait too long to enjoy the treats that she (or actually Ate Weng) worked hard for.

Unlike last year, we did not spend so much effort in decorating the house for Halloween. Using some improvised decors, here’s our sign that we have treats in the house!

There was a program after the Trick or Treating activity and it was hosted by the Exodus group from Talentadong Pinoy. They were the one who chose the winners of the Best In Halloween Costumes too! I hated them because they said “Pag Halloween costume dapat nakakatakot, yung iba kasi ang ku-cute!” (Halloween costumes should be scary, others are just cute).

Bad trip!

Kumain na lang tuloy kami ng popcorn! Choz!

Haha! Atleast Mama won the Sexiest Mom in a Bring Me game. Partida! Mama is 60++ na :)

Okay, in all fairness to Exodus, they are really good performers. They did some acrobatic movements for, I think, more than half an hour. I was holding my breath (okay not literally) throughout their show!

But wait, there’s more! Here’s one the performers’ seven-year-old daughter!

Kaloka!!

I wish there are activities ala Trick or Treat also during Christmas. But instead of candies, the kids will receive moolahs!! What do you think Mommies? :D
