Wazzup! Wazzup!

I’ve been on a self-declared blogging hiatus for the following reasons: 

1.  It’s starting to get colder at night. My 98% fat-full body immediately freezes at the sight of a bed. 
2.  My used to be moderate, now severe allergic rhinitis has been in full swing in the past three weeks. 
3. It’s October – it’s Halloween! I used to ignore Halloween as I always chicken out at the thought of mumu. But starting last year, this season has become very stressful for me.  
4.  It’s my blog’s anniversary month! And I am just getting dramatic about the idea that this site is turning one! I imagine the hours I spent in thinking about my super creative blog name and url. I imagine the days I spent in designing the layout. Ahh, nostalgic moments. Parang nung pinanganak lang si baby ko. Heheh :) 
5.  I’ve been bugged last week! Took two days of from work due to super clogged nose and sneezing. But considered that two days as blissful ones as I witness my toddler’s daily antics! 
6.   I was busy torturing myself about our new-found helper. The super praning in me kept on analyzing things that need not to be analyzed. I was so worried that she might steal my daughter. But thank You Lord, it’s been two weeks and so far so good and I am keeping my fingers crossed. This time, we are trying a house help from an agency. Special thanks to MomsterTeacher for the referral. 
7.  My workload is eating me up! Christmas Party preps in full swing!  
8.  Capital L-A-Z-I-N-E-S-S!

I am still on hiatus now. I just cheated on myself today to see if this post will liven up my blood to write again. Weird! I haven’t blogged about the playdate with Akira, Luke and Raviv yet and I’ve just uploaded the FB photos yesterday. Haay! 

Anyhow, as for my cutie patootie sweetheart, two weeks after her hospitalization – she is starting to gain back her weight now. Tabachoi-choi na ulit! And I am hoping that her recent appetite will continue as I am really very concern about her weight gain. 

 

She is also starting to prove that she’s on her way to terrible two’s! Her most recent addiction is the carousel ride. Yesterday, her Dad and I took turns in accompanying her at the return of the Carousel Ride at Edsa Shang (now located on same floor as the food court).

Here she is enjoying her third ride. 

Her Dad recorded a video of our ride when Lia waves her hand every time we pass by him. She even waves her hand to the strangers around the carousel fence and the strangers kindly returned her Hi’s and Hello’s. But but but, all things come to an end. Her other side showed up as soon as the carousel stopped! As in non-stop wailing and banging of her head and upper body here and there :( I had to run her away from the carousel yesterday as she was already creating a scene :( 

And she cried until we were home. She must have gone tired because of all her drama so she fell asleep from 3-6pm. And what’s worst with having her sleep until dinner time? Well, she had a powder party that night! So there, right when I was about to tuck her into bed (again), she played with her milkie and poured them over her body and on our bed licking her hand/arm from time to time while saying “nyam-nyam”.

That was her post her milkie-powder party look. And that was her in her “Promise Mami, I will not use milkie powder on my hair anymore” or “Please mami, don’t say I am grounded”.
