Finding the Positive in the Negative

I swear, LDRs not for me. Since my husband and I became a couple, this is only the second time that we've been away from each other for more than two days (the last one was here). Although we also have petty fights, we are inseparable. Right now I am trying to diverse all the negativeness in my body into happy thoughts.

Yesterday, I came home to my bibigirl who was in Dora outfit. She kissed me and suddenly looked around as if checking for Daydee. Mama also made a funny way to lighten things up because when I asked my daughter where her daddy is, she answers "Pis" (Office).

It's also a blessing that we have Facetime now. Last year, we just exchanged photos via email. We had a difficulty using YM that time because hubby forgot his password. Perfect, right?! Our only concern now is the time difference, where in a way is not that bad at all, four hours is manageable compared to eight last time.

I intentionally cropped out hub's lips as I am not sure if he is ready for this kind of humiliation yet. But basically, he's just doing what bibiyow and I were doing :)
Driving myself home is probably the saddest part of this current set up. It's hard that I have to endure hours of silence plus bad traffic! But I found a solution, Singing!! So when you see a crazy girl acting like Lady Gaga in her car, that's probably me :)

The first night that hubby was away, I wasn't able to sleep well. I think my little girl too as I got several kicks from her :) Tonight, God found His way to bless me. My sister suddenly decided to visit so we'll all be sleeping in our room like the good old days! Thankful, indeed :)

Happy weekend guys!
