I Think She Got it From Her Mom

Have you been asking yourself how come Monday is so close to Sunday yet so far from Saturday? I've just asked myself now :)

Yesterday was a funny day between me and my daughter. It was one of the very few days that we weren't running after something, and we can just lounge and bum in our house for the whole day without worrying about anything. Still without a babysitter/maid, and with Mama taking the day off to have a date with my Dad, I was a full time Momma and wifey to my loves.

Of course, a day with a toddler won't be complete without those cuddles, kisses and bouts with tantrums and crying spells from a small creature who acts like she's as big as me already and last Sunday was indeed a comic one! Let me tell you why.

Antic #1:
Recently, someone's been stealing my highlighters. And I think I already know who the culprit is.

Pink the other day, orange today!

Antic #2:
I used to believe I have a daughter who's so cooperative with her camera addict Momme. But yesterday was different. I baked some cupcakes and like the usual, she was so giddy to check them out. But of course, a typical stage mom that I am, there has to be picture taking first. The girl agreed, but look at the face?!

Are we done yet?

Antic #3:
The Winner! I caught the little miss throwing her feeding bottle around so I had to correct her, (take note!) without having to shout at her. She obediently followed and left our living room where all the mess were. Guess where I found her after? Stuck in our indoor clothes dryer! What the? And the second time she did that in the afternoon, she even brought a teddy to keep company. Again, what the? :)

Anak, you make me want to do cartwheels. How old are you again? :)

  1. You know sometimes it makes me wonder if vitamins or milk nowadays make children grow faster and think older. Hehe. Cute little Lia :)

  7. I totally agree with you and Ate Maggie, most of the time I wonder why they grow faster not to mention smarter and wiser. Sabi nga ng nanay ko when I was in Cyler's age wala daw akong alam gawin kundi....ngumanga! Hahaha!
